PYO Field Use Policy and Procedure
During the season, when wet weather conditions exist, the PYO HOTLINE 755-6500 is updated daily with specific Member instructions indicating which field's are available for play by 5:00 PM during the week. Saturday instructions will be updated by 8.00 AM. Sunday instructions will be updated by noon. Whenever the fields are closed, no practices or games will be conducted that day. Members should check the Hotline for any exceptions or game delay conditions. Violating this rule could result in losing field privileges. No Coordinator, Coach or Parent is authorized to deviate from the field use instructions found on the Hotline. All fields not scheduled for games will be closed on Friday evenings for preparation of Saturday games. This means there will be no practicing on fields after they have been prepared for Saturday. We will make every attempt to open the fields for play as weather conditions allow.

The Sharonville Rainout Hotline is 563-4257, then enter 7302
During the season, when wet weather conditions exist, the SYO HOTLINE 563-4257, option "4" is updated daily with specific instructions indicating which fields are available for play by 5:00 PM during the week. Saturday instructions will be updated by 8.00 AM.

Wyoming Field Use Procedure
The Field Condition hotline # is 842-1381 or call the Wyoming Rec Center at 821-5200. Coaches can call either # for an update on the day of their game. On Weekends, The Hotline is updated by 8:00 AM. On weekdays, The Hotline is usually updated by 5:00 PM
